  1. Product Copywriting. From microcopies in mobile apps with tight real estate to long form text in websites and everything in between. From building trust in b2b fintech payment app, to motivating shrimp farmers in doing their daily tasks. I am experienced in writing product copies for a variety of products.
  2. Research and Testing. I am experienced in facilitating workshops to create a product communication guideline to carrying out copy testing, both independently or in support of designers and/or researchers.
  3. Copy Localization. With experience in UX writing for multinational products, I understand that switching between languages is not only a matter of translation. Understanding cultural contexts, regional difference of text formatting conventions, and industry-specific jargons is key in ensuring the product works seamlessly regardless of the language its written in.
  4. Technical Writing. As a UX writer, my familiarity with the product I work on and my language skill makes me the perfect candidate of explaining how the product works through text. Collaborating with developers, PMs, and the marketing department, I am adept in writing user manuals for the products I worked on.
  5. Copy Quality Assurance. Working with the QA team, I routinely conducted copy audits on the products I worked on. This way, I ensured that all the copy decisions were applied correctly to the launched product.
  6. Curiosity and Collaboration. As a UX writer, I often lack domain knowledge regarding the product I work on. Therefore, collaboration with expert internal stakeholders is crucial. I make it a point to consult them frequently, ensuring I make correct and effective language decisions.
